HOW CAN THERAPY HELP ME?
Therapy can help you improve problem-solving and communication skills, learn and utilize coping strategies, improve self-worth and self-esteem, increase self-compassion, identify patterns that aren’t working/are unhealthy, process traumatic events, grief+loss and more.
ARE SESSIONS VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON?
Heart+Soul therapy currently offers all sessions virtually online.
HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?
Each therapy session is 55 minutes long where we will discuss your thoughts, feelings, values, goals, coping skills and more.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
I currently accept Michigan BCBS PPO.
I am able to provide a Superbill for Self-Pay client’s to submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. (I am not able to assist with obtaining out of network reimbursement beyond providing a Superbill of the services received).
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT CERTAIN TOPICS?
That’s no problem. I want to respect whatever you’re comfortable with. If any questions comes up that you don’t want to answer, just let me know that you’re not ready to discuss it. We can always revisit the topic later when you’re ready.
